The Black Basilisk Circus
His sheer size belies his agile speed and stealthiness.
Standing at 7’ and 300 lbs Bravo makes quite an impressive appearance on stage. Big pointed ears stick out from the side of his head, his skin a dark shade of brown with coarse hair, the same colour as his skin, covering most of it and prominent eyes the colour of dark amber. When Bravo grins, which looks like he might be ready to eat you up, you can clearly see sharp yellow stained teeth.
Bravo almost did not make out of his teen years, but thanks to a human ranger his life was saved and was changed completely. Bravo used to enjoy bullying the younger and weak goblins and as karma would have it when he was weakened due to sickness they turned upon him.
Fleeing from the goblin settlement he ran into the forest, it was as if it beckoned him to safety. Having thought he finally escaped them he relaxed a bit only to find them on his heels again and forced into a dead end. His life flashing before his eyes he growled defiantly ready to fight to his last breath. Bloodied and dying but instead of the death blow coming he suddenly saw arrows protruding out from each goblin all carefully aimed for the vitals.
Looking around in a daze he managed to spot a figure blending in with trees holding a longbow with 2 swords sheathed at his sides before fainting. Waking up he saw that he was all bandaged up he asked the ranger, “Why would you save a goblin?”
The ranger simply answered, “All life is worth saving and protecting when they need it.”
“My name is Roshan, come join the campfire.”
Thus was the start of a odd master and pupil pair. Later after the ranger had taught Bravo most of what he knew Bravo found his place as an entertainer at the circus after coming to their aid when goblins ambushed them.
